Thank you for your interest in being a part of ProKids!
At ProKids, it’s not just a job. Our staff recruits, trains and supports our community volunteers who speak up for abused and neglected children in Hamilton County. These Court Appointed Special Advocates, called CASA Volunteers, depend on a passionate staff, dedicated to the vision of a safe, permanent and nurturing home for every child.
At its heart, our work is advocacy. And that work is meaningful and dynamic. Since 1981, ProKids has grown to serve an increasing number of children in the child protection system.
Our workplace is guided by our shared values of collaboration, optimism, learning, persistence and respect.
We believe that different backgrounds and perspectives shape ProKids culture and we work to reflect the community we serve. We value diversity as an organizational asset, utilizing the strengths and benefits it brings to children, families, co-workers and our community.
That’s why we offer a welcoming workplace for our staff and volunteers. We work to face and overcome bias, encouraging those of all ages, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientation and physical ability to join us. You can see our entire policy here.
We work hard to tie compensation to the market; to offer a menu of benefits such as healthcare insurance, generous vacation/sick day policies and the opportunity to save for retirement. At ProKids, we support one another and celebrate our successes.
We also do everything we can to ensure safety for our children. All employees are subject to a background check.
